Long familiar with the Palais Garnier’s costume studios, Christian Lacroix embarks on his sixth collaborative effort with the Paris Opera Ballet. After Jewels and Le Palais de cristal, he is again delving into the magical world of George Balanchine, this time revisiting the enchanted realms of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. At once couturier and costumier, this magician of the stage opens his doors to offer us a glimpse of his creations during a fitting session. A photo-reportage.
