Organized in two poles, the Paris Opera Academy has 3 main missions: transmission, training and artistic innovation.
The Professional Training pole accompanies young professionals each season in developing their expertise in fields as varied as singing, music, staging, sewing, wig-making, upholstery and carpentry.
The Arts Education pole brings together educational programmes and activities in order to introduce opera, ballet, recital and chamber music to thousands of young people every season.
The future of the Opera is getting underway today!
At the heart of the Opera, the Academy’s mission is to pass on a collective heritage and an artistic practise in constant development.
Throughout the 2019/2020 season, 33 young artists and craftsmen will have the opportunity to work alongside professionals to benefit from their experience.
