How to get your family card
Purchase your family card on operadeparis.fr, by phone at +33 8 92 89 90 90 (€0.35/min incl. VAT) or +33 1 71 25 24 23 (from a foreign country) or at the Palais Garnier or the Opéra Bastille box office.

How to book your tickets
The advantages associated with your card are activated approximately 5 minutes after purchase. You can then book your tickets online in the "My offers" section of your personal space, by telephone or at the box office. Book your tickets by referring to the booking calendar.

The family card is sold for €30 and valid from its date of issue until the date of the last performance of the season.

To benefit from the 50% discount on tickets for children between 5 and 18 years old, family cards holders must book tickets in the same category for at least one adult (full price) and one young person, and no more than tickets for two adults and three young persons¹.

Benefits cannot be combined with those of subscriptions and season passes.

The number and identity of holders of a single family card may vary during the season (between two and five people). Tickets are sold in limited numbers and are non-transferable.

The purchase of a family card does not give rise to the issue of a physical card. The proof of purchase available in the holder's personal space on operadeparis.fr will serve as a supporting document in the event of a check at the box office or in the theatre.
