The Academy artists’ Gala with the Paris Opera Orchestra is an opportunity for the public to listen to a new generation of opera artists on the stage of the Palais Garnier.
This season, the artists in residence and the musicians of the Orchestra explore the themes of night and love through the French and British repertoires (Holmès, Debussy, Poulenc, Britten, Ravel), conducted by Pablo Heras-Casado.
The night becomes a place of confidences, loss or apparitions in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Pelléas et Mélisande and The Rape of Lucretia. Love, for its part, inhabits the duets of Les Carmélites, the thwarted passions of Peter Grimes, the amorous games of L'Heure espagnole, or Ravel's troubling tales of childhood.
Naturally accessible to the blind and visually impaired.

€10 for seats with a limited view of the stage and special reduced rates are available.

The Indigo Paris Hausmann Galeries Lafayette parking lot is at your disposal. It is located at 48 boulevard Hausmann, 75009 Paris.
At the Palais Garnier, buy €10 tickets for seats in the 6th category (very limited visibility, two tickets maximum per person) on the day of the performance at the Box offices.
In both our venues, discounted tickets are sold at the box offices from 30 minutes before the show:
- €10 tickets for under-28s, unemployed people (with documentary proof less than 3 months old) and senior citizens over 65 with non-taxable income (proof of tax exemption for the current year required)
- €15 tickets for senior citizens over 65
Get samples of the operas and ballets at the Paris Opera gift shops: programmes, books, recordings, and also stationery, jewellery, shirts, homeware and honey from Paris Opera.
