Biography

Born in Szeged, Hungary, soprano Boglárka Brindás graduated from the István Vántus School of Music in Szeged and began opera singing at the Franz Liszt University of Music in Budapest in the class of Ingrid Kertesi, where she received her master’s degree in 2020. She also trains at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisle in Berlin in 2018. In 2022 at the Hungarian National Opera in Budapest, she performs the role of Serpetta in Mozart’s Finta Giardinera and a Flower Girl in Wagner’s Parsifal directed by András Almási-Tóth.

Boglárka Brindás joined the Académie de l’Opéra national de Paris in September 2022. She takes part in all the concerts of the Académie’s program at the Olivier Messiaen Amphitheatre and at the Palais Garnier. In December 2022, she interprets one of the Due Donne in the revival of Netia Jones’ production of The Marriage of Figaro at the Palais Garnier. She performed the role of Giulia in Rossini’s La Scala di seta in the spring of 2023 with the artists of the Académie under the direction of Elizabeth Askren and in a production by Pascal Neyron at the Athénée Théâtre Louis-Jouvet.
