GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE OF THE 2025/2026 SEASON PASS

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase and use of the Paris Opera 2025/2026 Season pass. The Paris Opera reserves the right to make any changes to these conditions, particularly in response to regulatory changes.

Any data collected at the time of any purchase will be processed in accordance with the rules for the protection of personal data as described in the confidentiality policy accessible in the Privacy Policy section of the Paris Opera website.

The 2025/2026 Season pass can be purchased from noon on 20 May 2025 until 4 November 2025, up to a limit of one Season pass per season. The opening date of sale may be changed by the Paris Opera without prior notice.

Season pass can be purchased:

  • On operadeparis.fr. If the customer does not receive confirmation or rejection of their order by email within 24 hours, they should contact Paris Opera at resa.internet@operadeparis.fr

  • By phone at +33 1 71 25 24 23, Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (excluding public holidays) from designated persons. These hours are subject to change depending on circumstances

  • At the ticket offices:
    - Palais Garnier (corner of Rue Scribe and Rue Auber – 75009 Paris) from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. from Monday through Saturday (except public holidays) and one hour before each performance, including Sundays and public holidays

    - Opéra Bastille (access via 120, Rue de Lyon – 75012 Paris) from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. from Tuesday through Saturday (except public holidays) and one hour before each performance, including Sundays, Mondays and public holidays.

A 14-day cooling-off period applies to the remote purchase of Season pass, in accordance with Article L 221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

The Season pass is priced at €60 for the 2025/2026 season.

The Paris Opera reserves the right to change the price of the Season pass at any time. However, these changes will have no effect on the price of orders that have already been paid for.

Season pass must be paid for in a single payment:

  • by bank card or American Express
  • by cheque made payable to Opéra national de Paris (ticket offices only)
  • in cash (ticket offices only)
  • by credit voucher(s) (by telephone and at ticket offices only)
  • by gift voucher(s), credit voucher(s) or credit account(s).

Any method of payment not provided for in these terms and conditions will be refused by the Paris Opera. Company payments are not accepted.

The Season pass is not a ticket to a performance and does not entitle the holder to admission to the theatre.

It gives its holder:

  • The right to reserve seats for all the performances in the 2025/2026 season, regardless of the booking opening calendar. Reservations are limited to 6 seats per person per performance, in the categories Optima to 8 at the Opéra Bastille and the categories Optima to 4 at the Palais Garnier (subject to availability, excluding previews for young people, Arop galas and special evenings).

  • The possibility to exchange tickets for the same performance free of charge, up to a limit of one exchange per performance and which must take place 2 working days before the date of the performance (subject to availability).

The Season pass does not come with a physical card.

The advantages associated with the Season pass are activated once it has been paid for. They can then be accessed from the holder's personal account on operadeparis.fr or by providing the holder's name in the case of purchases by telephone and at ticket offices.

The benefits of the Season pass cannot be combined with those of other products (subscriptions, Family cards, Season pass, etc.) available from the Paris Opera except for discounts available to audiences with disabilities.

The Season pass is non-transferable. It cannot be returned or refunded.

Any holder of a Season pass purchased as part of the Paris Opera's offers is strictly prohibited —under penalty of possible legal action— from using it for promotional or commercial purposes.

Performance tickets purchased as part of a Season pass benefit are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale and use for non-subscription tickets.

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 calendar days following the event that gave rise to the complaint, and must be sent to the Paris Opera by email (service.spectateurs@operadeparis.fr), land mail (Service Spectateurs, Opéra national de Paris, 120 rue de Lyon, 75576 Paris Cedex 12 – France) or Telephone (+33 1 71 25 24 23). For deadline purposes, the postmark will serve as proof of dispatch date in the case of land mail.

In accordance with Article R 616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you are entitled to a free consumer mediation service if no resolution has been found, either online at mediationconso-ame.com, or by land mail (Médiation de la consommation AME: 197 boulevard Saint-Germain 75007 Paris – France).
