Ballerina, Music-hall star, Roland Petit’s wife and muse, Zizi Jeanmaire passed away in Switzerland this Friday, 17 July, at the age of 96. She entered the Paris Opera Ballet School at 9 (1933) and gave her final concert at the Bastille Opera's Amphitheatre in November 2000.
