Message to spectators of the chamber music concerts scheduled on 25 October and 29 November at the Palais Garnier

Dear spectator,

As you probably know, due to the persistent uncertainties weighing on the health situation, the Paris Opera has been forced to to substantially modify its autumn 2020 programme.

Sadly, we are therefore obliged to cancel the chamber music concerts Octuors à cordes and Cordes et vents, scheduled on 25 October and 29 November at the Palais Garnier, for one of which you had booked tickets.

The Paris Opera proposes either:

• A ticket exchange* for another concert or recital scheduled at the Palais Garnier this season. Ticket exchange is possible until the date of the cancelled concert (until 26 October or 29 November), by telephone on + 33 1 73 60 23 23 from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• A refund of your tickets if you do not wish to exchange them as of the day following the date of the cancelled performance (26 October or 30 November). If you have paid exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund. In all other cases (cheques, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to regierp@operadeparis.fr (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number)**.

Aware of the inconvenience caused by these changes due to the very particular circumstances, we thank you for your comprehension and hope to see you again in our theatres very soon.
