Ruzan Mantashyan Soprano

Biography

At the age of seventeen, Ruzan Mantashyan performed in concert with the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2011, she took part in concerts in Modeno and Bologna in tribute to Luciano Pavarotti. Following this, she interpreted the roles of Susanna in The Marriage of Figaro at the Teatro Pavarotti in Modena, Servilia in La Clemenza di Tito in Reggio Emilia and Musetta in La Bohème, which she performed in Treviso, Bolzano, Fermo and Ferrara. In 2014, she sang the role of Echo in a production of Ariadne auf Naxos conducted by Ivan Fischer at the Konzerthaus in Berlin. At the Atelier Lyrique of the Paris Opera, she has performed the role of A Mother in Maudit les Innocents at the Amphithéâtre of the Opéra Bastille and Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte at the Maison des Arts in Créteil. She then took part in a concert conducted by Jérémie Rhorer at the Palais Garnier and in a recital at the Auditorium of the Louvre.
