Biography

Frédéric Guieu was born in Milan and began his musical studies on the piano. He earned a CAPES in musicology at the Sorbonne and trained in the vocal arts with Gina Gigna and Ugo Ugaro. He has performed numerous roles including Golaud (Pelléas et Mélisande), Belcore (L’elisir d’amore) and the title role in Don Giovanni. He joined the Paris Opera Chorus in 2003.
