Biography
Membre of the Paris Opera Troupe
Fernando Velasquez was born in Chili and studied singing at the National Conservatory of the University of Chili in Santiago. He has been a member of the Paris Opera Chorus since 1997. He returns regularly to Chili to give concerts for classical music festivals.
He is also a member of the Chilean quartet “Poesia”, which explores and revisits Latin-American, Spanish and Italian melodies based on the great Iberian-American poets.
