Any data collected at the time of any purchase will be processed in accordance with the rules for the protection of personal data as described in the confidentiality policy accessible in the Privacy Policy section of the operadeparis.fr website.
The 2026/2027 family card can be purchased from 19 May 2026, up to a limit of one card per season. The opening date of sale may be changed by the Paris Opera without prior notice.
Family cards can be purchased:
A 14-day cooling-off period applies to the remote purchase of family cards, in accordance with Article L 221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
The family card is priced at €30 for the 2026/2027 season.
The Paris Opera reserves the right to change the price of the family card at any time. However, these changes will have no effect on the price of orders that have already been paid for.

The family card grants its holder a 50% discount on ticket prices for children under 18 for a selection of performances from the 2026/2027 season, available on operadeparis.fr, and in certain seating categories. Each ticket order must include at least one full-price ticket and one reduced-price ticket, and no more than two full-price tickets and three reduced-price tickets. The discount applies to tickets purchased in categories Optima to 8 at the Opéra Bastille, categories Optima to 4 at the Palais Garnier (subject to availability, excluding Arop galas).
The family card does not come with a physical card.
The discount associated with the family card is activated once payment has been made, and is accessible from the first opening for sales on 26 May 2026, via the holder's personal account on operadeparis.fr, or by providing the holder's name when purchasing by phone or at the ticket offices. Performance tickets can be purchased according to the booking opening calendar.
The benefits of the family card cannot be combined with those of other products (subscriptions, passes, season tickets, etc.) offered by the Paris Opera, except for discounts available to audiences with disabilities. More information here.
The family card is personal and non-transferable, although the family composition may vary from one performance to another. The card cannot be returned or refunded.
Any holder of a family card purchased as part of the Paris Opera's offers is strictly prohibited — under penalty of possible legal action — from using it for promotional or commercial purposes.
Performance tickets purchased using the family card are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale and use for individual (non-subscription) tickets, and cannot be resold on the official ticket exchange platform of the Paris Opera.
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 calendar days following the event that gave rise to the complaint, and must be sent to the Paris Opera by email (service.spectateurs@operadeparis.fr), land mail (Service Spectateurs, Opéra national de Paris, 120 rue de Lyon, 75576 Paris Cedex 12 – France) or Telephone (+33 1 71 25 24 23).
