RESULTS OF THE BALLET’S RECRUITMENT COMPETITIONS 2023

The Internal and External recruitment competitions for the Paris Opera Corps de Ballet were held on June 30^th, July 4^th and 6^th July, 2023. Ten dancer positions were filled after a selection process that included an eliminatory class and a compulsory variation.

Results of the Ballet’s Internal recruitment competition

The Internal recruitment competition was exclusively reserved for students of the Paris Opera Ballet School’s First Division. As a result of the trials on June 30^th 2023, the following dancers were hired starting from August 28^th, 2023:

Results of the Ballet’s External recruitment competition

The External competitive recruitment examinations were open to the students of the Paris Opera Ballet School’s First Division, dancers currently employed by the Paris Opera on temporary contracts and external dancers. As a result of the trials on July 4^th and 6^th, 2023, the following dancers were hired starting from August 28^th 2023:
