Message to the audience of the midi musical on 21st December at the Palais Garnier

We deeply regret to inform you that the midi musical on 21st December 2025 at noon at the Palais Garnier has been cancelled as a consequence of a strike followed by some members of our staff.  

We apologise for the inconvenience and are offering:

  • For tickets paid entirely by bank card (excluding purchases at the box office): an automatic refund will be issued within 5 to 25 days directly to the bank account used for payment. You will receive an email notification once the operation has been completed; no action is required on your part.

  • For tickets purchased by any other means of payment (cheque, cash, gift voucher, exchange) or at the box office, the refund will be issued once:

    1. The amount has been credited by the Opera to your account balance within 5 to 25 days. You will be notified of this step by email.

    2. You have provided your bank details (IBAN and BIC) in the “My bank details” section of your Paris Opera account, or sent them by post to:

    3. You have clicked on “Reclaim my credit” in your personal account.

There will be no refunds of tickets at the box office.

Specific cases

  • AROP ticket-holders should contact AROP directly by email or phone.

  • Spectators who have bought their tickets via an agency (ticketing agencies, Internet agencies, tour operator…) are reimbursed directly by the agency.

  • In the case of a reimbursement request, works committee, association and group leaders should send bank details to the Service Groupes at the Opera, 8 rue Scribe, 75009 Paris (info on +33 1 40 01 80 54 from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm except public holidays or groupes@operadeparis.fr).

  • Spectators who have bought their tickets via Wonderbox Connect (ex Tick'nBox) should contact Wonderbox Connect customer service by email or by telephone at +33 9 70 25 22 42 (price of a local call) Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6 pm (except public holidays).

  • Spectators invited by a Paris Opera partner should contact the partner directly.
