Message to spectators of The Nutcracker on Friday 8th December at the Opéra Bastille

As a result of a strike followed by some of the Paris Opéra's staff which has not allowed all the necessary rehearsals to take place, the performance of The Nutcracker scheduled on Friday 8^th December 2023 at 7:30 pm at the Opera Bastille is unfortunately cancelled.

We wish to apologize and to propose a refund:

• purchases paid with a credit card (online, by phone or by mail, excluding purchases made at the box office or with several payment methods and tickets that have been exchanged) will automatically be refunded within three weeks on the bank account used for the payment, no action is required from you;
  
• in the event you cannot be automatically reimbursed by re-crediting your payment cards, the amount will be transferred to your credit balance available in your personal space on operadeparis.fr. In order to be reimbursed, you must enter your bank details in your personal space or send them by email to REGIERP@operadeparis.fr (IBAN and BIC code or bank card number with expiry date) or by post below:
