Message to spectators of the "Gala de l'École de Danse" at the Palais Garnier

Dear subscriber,

Due to the health situation, the Paris National Opera is unfortunately obliged to cancel the "Gala de l'École de Danse" scheduled on 29 April 2021 at the Palais Garnier, for which you had booked tickets.

However, we are pleased to inform you that the Ballet School Demonstrations are scheduled from 24 to 28 April with a revised production programme, now composed of: Les Forains in tribute to Roland Petit, Jacques Garnier's Aunis, Réversibilité - Pas de trois by Michel Kelemenis and lastly Napoli - Pas de six and Tarentelle by August Bournonville. We will soon be informing you of the date as of which you may purchase tickets for this production, according to the public health measures in force at that time.

We will proceed to a refund of your tickets, within a maximum period of two weeks.
If you have paid your initial tickets exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be refunded over the course of this week and you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund.
In all other cases (cheque, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to regierp@operadeparis.fr (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number)*.

Aware of the inconvenience caused by these changes due to the very particular circumstances, we thank you for your comprehension, and look forward to seeing you again in our theatres very soon.
