Message to spectators of performances of La Traviata at the Palais Garnier

Before all else, we wish to thank you for your 20/21 season subscription.

As you probably know, due to the persistent uncertainties weighing on the health situation, the Paris Opera has been forced to to substantially modify its autumn 2020 programme.

Therefore, we would like to inform you that the opera La Traviata directed by Simon Stone, initially scheduled at the Palais Garnier and for which you had booked tickets, will be given at the Opéra Bastille from 25 November to 23 December 2020.

In order to facilitate the procedure, we have opted to refund your initial tickets and then give you priority booking for the performances of La Traviata at the Opéra Bastille. As of September 22^nd at 12 pm, you will be able to repurchase tickets for this opera on the dates and in the category of your choice. Seating arrangements in the auditorium will automatically take into account distancing requirements, providing a free seat between each individual spectator or group of spectators.

If you have paid your initial tickets exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund. In all other cases (cheque, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to regierp@operadeparis.fr (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number).
