Message to spectators of Gustavo Dudamel's concert on Tuesday 15th February at the Philharmonie de Paris

Despite all our efforts to maintain performances during the health crisis and following positive Covid-19 test results among too many musicians of the Paris Opera Orchestra, we are unfortunately obliged to cancel the performance of Gustavo Dudamel's concert scheduled on Tuesday 15^th February 2022 at the Philharmonie de Paris.

The Paris Opera is proposing a refund:

• purchases paid with a credit card (online, by phone or by mail, excluding purchases made at the box office or with several payment methods and tickets that have been exchanged) will automatically be refunded within a few days on the bank account used for the payment;
  
• in the event that spectators cannot be automatically reimbursed by re-crediting their payment cards, the amount will be transferred to their credit balance available in their personal space on operadeparis.fr. In order to be reimbursed, spectators must enter their bank details in their personal space or send them by email to REGIERP@operadeparis.fr (IBAN and BIC code or bank card number with expiry date) or by post below:

There will be no refunds of tickets at the box office on the day of the performance.

• AROP ticket-holders should contact AROP directly on +33 1 58 18 35 35.
  
  
• Spectators who have bought their tickets via an Agency (Ticketing agencies, Internet agencies, tour operator…) are reimbursed directly by the Agency.
  
  
• Members of work’s committees, associations, groups, should contact their representative directly, who must contact the "Service Groupes" (on +33 1 40 01 80 54 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm or groupes@operadeparis.fr). No refund will be completed without ticket(s).
  
  
• Spectators invited by a Paris Opera partner should contact the partner directly.
  
  
• Spectators who have bought their tickets at the Philharmonie de Paris will be reimbursed by the Philharmonie.
