Message to spectators of Manon on Saturday 5th February at the Opéra Bastille

Despite all our efforts to maintain performances during the health crisis and following positive Covid-19 test results among the artists, we are unfortunately obliged to cancel the performance of Manon scheduled on Saturday 5^th February 2022.

The Paris Opera is proposing:

• A ticket exchange¹ for another performance date of this opera, according to availability. Ticket exchange will be possible until Friday 11^th February 2022:

• at the box office of the Opéra Bastille and the Palais Garnier,
• by telephone on +33 1 73 60 23 23, from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm.

• A refund:

• purchases paid with a credit card (online, by phone or by mail, excluding purchases made at the box office or with several payment methods and tickets that have been exchanged) will automatically be refunded from 14^th February on the bank account used for the payment;
  
• in the event that spectators cannot be automatically reimbursed by re-crediting their payment cards, the amount will be transferred to their credit balance available on operadeparis.fr. Spectators can then enter their bank details in their personal space or send them by email to REGIERP@operadeparis.fr (IBAN and BIC code or bank card number with expiry date) or by post below:

There will be no refunds of tickets at the box office on the evening of the performance.

• AROP ticket-holders should contact AROP directly on +33 1 58 18 35 35.
  
  
• Spectators who have bought their tickets via an Agency (Ticketing agencies, Internet agencies, tour operator…) are reimbursed directly by the Agency.
  
  
• Members of work’s committees, associations, groups, should contact their representative directly, who must contact the "Service Groupes" (on +33 1 40 01 80 54 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm or groupes@operadeparis.fr). No refund will be completed without ticket(s).
  
  
• Spectators invited by a Paris Opera partner should contact the partner directly.
