A message for audiences of performances from December 15, 2020 to January 2, 2021

Dear spectator,

Following the new measures decided by the government in the light of the health situation, the Paris Opera is unfortunately obliged to postpone the reopening of its theatres for audiences.

Therefore, all performances scheduled for the end of the year are cancelled : Classes en Sène, concerts and recitals at the Palais Garnier, Carmen, La Traviata and La Bayadère at the Opéra Bastille. We are truly sorry and will proceed to a refund of your tickets in the following weeks.

If you have paid exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund.
In all other cases (cheques, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to regierp@operadeparis.fr (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number)*.

In these very particular circumstances, we thank you for your comprehension and look forward to seeing you again in our theatres very soon.

SPECIAL CASES

• AROP ticket-holders should contact AROP directly on billetterie@arop.operadeparis.fr
• Spectators who have bought their tickets via an Agency (Ticketing agencies, Internet agencies, tour operator…) are reimbursed directly by the Agency.
• Work’s committees, associations and groups representatives should send their refund requests, specifying the file or contact number, together with the RIB (bank details) to the Opera's Groups Department by email groupes@operadeparis.fr or by post : Service Groupes, Palais Garnier, 8 rue Scribe, 75009 Paris. No refund will be made without presentation of the ticket(s).
