Michel B. Duperial is a French actor who has been active on the artistic scene since the mid-1980s. He joined the advanced acting class led by Jean-Laurent Cochet in Paris and honed his craft at the Actor Studio under Andréas Voutsinás. His career spans theatre, cinema, and television.
In film, he has collaborated with directors such as Juliet Berto, Alain Corneau, Claude Lelouch, and Bertrand Tavernier. His credits include Havre, Le Cousin, Pola X, Meilleur Espoir féminin, Sept ans de mariage, and Quai d'Orsay.
In theatre, he has regularly worked with demanding directors, exploring contemporary and socially engaged texts: La Médée du 124 inspired by Toni Morrison (directed by Garance), Le Second Œuvre des cannibales by Suzanne Joubert (directed by Xavier Marchand), and Moins qu'un chien by Nel King (directed by Jocelyn Durvel).
At the Paris Opera, he collaborated with Claude Régy for the production of Jeanne d’Arc au bûcher.
