Biography
Trained by conductors such as Alan Gilbert, Jaap van Zweden and David Zinman, Case Scaglione has been associate conductor of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra and music director of the Debut Orchestra of the Young Musicians Foundation in Los Angeles. He has been Music Director of the Orchestre National d'Île de France for seven seasons. He has been invited to conduct the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra, the RTVE Symphony Orchestra in Madrid, the Prague Symphony Orchestra, the Milan Symphony Orchestra, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, the Irish Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra, the New York Philharmonic, the China Philharmonic Orchestra, the Shanghai and Guangzhou Symphony Orchestras, and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.
During the 2025-2026 season, he will make his debut with the Galicia Symphony Orchestra and the Montpellier National Opera Orchestra, as well as at the Royal Swedish Opera with Rusalka and a recording of The Nutcracker. He will also conduct the Phoenix and Jacksonville Symphony Orchestras.
