Ana Vieira Leite Soprano

Biography

Ana Vieira Leite is a laureate of the Jardin des Voix Academy of Les Arts Florissants. She won first prize at the Froville International Baroque Singing Competition (2020) and at the Fundação Rotária Portuguesa Lyric Singing Competition (2021). She performs on stages such as the Grand Théâtre de Genève, the Opéra Comique, the Lucerne Festival, the Teatro Real in Madrid, the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, and the Royal Opera of Versailles, in roles including Belinda (Dido and Aeneas), Dalinda (Ariodante), Eurydice (Orfeo ed Euridice), and the roles of Love, the Stream, and a Shepherdess (Les Fêtes d’Hébé).

She collaborates closely with William Christie and Les Arts Florissants and is also regularly invited by ensembles such as Cappella Mediterranea, Concerto 1700, Divino Sospiro, and Los Elementos. During the 2025–2026 season, she performs as Poppea (Agrippina) in Beaune, Eurydice in Tenerife, Almirena (Rinaldo) with Les Arts Florissants at the Philharmonie de Paris, and Dorinda (Orlando) in Lausanne. She also appears in Messiah in London and Rome with the Monteverdi Choir & English Baroque Soloists.
