Alice Duport-Percier Soprano

Biography

Alice grew up in a rich musical environment. She began choral singing at the Saint-Priest Conservatory (Rhône) before joining the children’s choir of the Opéra de Lyon. She continued her vocal training with Claire Marbot and specialized in early music at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Lyon. It was during her studies that she co-founded several early music ensembles—Les Kapsbergirls, Libera me, and Tenta la fuga—with fellow musicians, performing widely and releasing award-winning recordings.

She also collaborates regularly with renowned ensembles such as Sequientiae, La Chapelle Harmonique, and Spirito. Alice made her operatic debut at the Händel Festival in Karlsruhe in February 2019, performing the role of Oberto in Handel’s Alcina. In May 2023, she sang the role of Amour in Gluck’s Orphée et Eurydice, earning critical acclaim for her vocal performance. Alice is also passionate about musical creation and interdisciplinary arts, exploring the relationship between dance and music with the Chriki’Z Company, and composing and performing for the worlds of video games, film, and animation.
