Designs are produced by the song of Dalila and knitted with an old knitting machine Brother hacked and connected with a computer. During the knitting, the reverse side of the mesh is emphasized and reknitted by hand with more threads. This work is produced by KnitHack, patch PureData, developed by Esteban de la Torre and Maurin Donneaud, according to Sokanno’s work.
This sensual textile reminds Dalila’s handling, her sprawling hair and her seductive appearance.
