VISITS
All visitors access the Palais Garnier via the ticket office, located at the corner of Rue Auber and Rue Scribe (behind the statue of Charles Garnier). An accessible elevator (PMR) then provides access to the auditorium.
PERFORMANCES
At the Palais Garnier, visitors with reduced mobility can access performances or tours through the ticket office, at the corner of Rue Auber and Rue Scribe (behind the statue of Charles Garnier).
An accessible elevator provides access to the auditorium and the visitor areas.
For all other types of disability, entry is via the main façade of the Palais Garnier, Place de l’Opéra.

The nearest parking facility is the Q-Park Edouard VII / Olympia – Haussmann - 16 Rue Bruno Coquatrix - 75009 Paris. PMR spaces are available there.

Access to performances in the main auditorium and the Olivier Messiaen Amphitheatre is via the main entrance on Place de la Bastille (entrance to the right of the grand staircase).
Elevators provide access to the auditorium depending on your seating location.
Access to the Studio is located beneath the grand staircase and requires signaling your arrival via the dedicated intercom.
Guided tours of the Opéra Bastille are not accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.

To improve comfort for visitors with reduced mobility, wheelchairs are available for loan (upon presentation of ID) at our theatre reception desks and by prior request to the Accessibility service (subject to availability).
Accessible restroom facilities are located near seating areas reserved for spectators with reduced mobility.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs* are welcome in all areas of the Paris Opera.
