To obtain your tickets, click on the Booking button of the chosen production. A grey button or calendar date indicates that internet bookings are closed for this production.
You must then sign on to your personal space.
2. Sign on
If you have already created your personal space, you must sign on using your email address and password.
If you haven't yet created your personal space, click on the “register” button and enter all you personal information. You will be invited to create a password which will allow you to connect to your personal space securely.
NB! Use a valid email address, to enable us to send you your booking confirmations.
3. Choose the category and number of seats
Using the scrolling menu select the number of seats required in each category.
NB! If a particular category is not shown alongside the plan, it is not available for sale at the present time.
NB! If only one seat is proposed, it is the last seat available in the chosen category.
4. Complete your bookings list
You may continue shopping by adding other productions or related products such as programme vouchers.
5. Confirm your order
Alongside each group of seats a link enables you to see the stage from your seating zone. Click on the “Order” button to choose your delivery method and address which may differ from your usual address.
On the “Summary” page check the content of your order and confirm it by accepting the general terms of sale.

6. Secure payment
Choose your payment card type, enter the number, expiration date, cardholder's name and security code and click on the “Pay” button. You order confirmation will be sent by email along with an order summary.

Book your seats at the box office
At the box office of the Palais Garnier from 10 am to 6:30 pm (at the corner of rue Scribe and rue Auber, 75009 Paris) and the Opéra Bastille from 11:30 am to 6:30 pm (130 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris), from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays) and one hour before the start of performances on Sundays and public holidays.
