Synopsis

Is it possible to have several fathers? This is the story of a little girl who had one father who left, then another presented by her mother and who rebuilds a family and a third who remains in the distant background and who turns out to be her biological father. Set against a musical backdrop inspired by the tradition of the lullaby and the nursery rhyme along with sounds reminiscent of Asia and Africa, songs, drawings and video are combined to question the ties which bind us to those close to us: blood ties, memories, bonds of affection, and the relationships we dream of… A performance for the youngest of audiences, that tackles the subject of step-families with tenderness and imagination.
