YOUNG ADULTS PASS 2025/2026
These general terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of the 2025/2026 young adults passes of the Paris Opera and the Comédie-Française. The Paris Opera and the Comédie-Française reserve the right to make any changes to these general terms and conditions, in particular in the event of regulatory changes.
By purchasing the young adults pass, the customer consents to certain personal data such as surname, first name and email address being transmitted to the Comédie-Française. This data will be used by the Comédie-Française to facilitate the identification of the customer when purchasing tickets by phone and at the box office and may only be used for this purpose.
The use of the data collected during any act of purchase is carried out in accordance with the rules of personal data protection as described in the privacy policy accessible in the Privacy Policy section of the Paris Opera website.
The young adults pass, common to the Paris Opera and the Comédie-Française, is reserved for young people under 28 years old. Only viewers born after January 1st, 1997 can access the offer. The purchase of the pass must be made by its beneficiary, within the limit of one pass per season.
The purchase of the 2025/2026 young adults pass can be made from September 9th, 2025 at noon, and until availability is exhausted. The opening date of sales may be changed by the Paris Opera without notice.
The purchase is made exclusively on operadeparis.fr and is subject to the upload of a passport photo. If the customer does not receive confirmation or reversal of his order by e-mail within one day, he is invited to contact the Paris Opera at resa.internet@operadeparis.fr
In accordance with Article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code, a right of withdrawal applies to the remote purchase of a young adults pass for a period of 14 days following the order.
The young adults pass is sold at a rate of €20 for the 2025/2026 season.
The Paris Opera reserves the right to change the price of the pass at any time. However, these changes will not affect the price of orders that have been previously paid.
The purchase of the young adults pass gives rise to a one-time payment:
· by credit card or American Express
· by gift voucher(s), credit voucher(s) or credit account(s).
Any method of payment not listed for in these general terms and conditions will be refused by the Paris Opera. Corporate payments are not accepted.
The young adults pass is valid from the date of issue until 31st July 2026. The young adults pass is not a ticket for a show and does not allow entry to the theatre.
It gives its holder:
The young adults pass takes a dematerialized format and does not require a physical card. The benefits associated with the young adults pass are activated once the payment of the pass has been made. They can then be accessed from the holder's personal space on operadeparis.fr or by communicating the holder's name for purchases by phone and at the counters. For the last-minute fast track pass, the presentation of the pass at the ticket offices is mandatory.
The benefits of the young adults pass cannot be combined with other preferential rates or the benefits of other products (subscriptions, passes, etc.) marketed by the Paris Opera and the Comédie-Française.
It is nominative (the holder's photo must be included) and cannot be transferred. It is neither taken back nor refunded.
Any holder of a young adults pass acquired as part of the Paris Opera's offers is prohibited from using it for promotional or commercial purposes, under penalty of possible legal proceedings.
Show tickets purchased as part of a benefit linked to the young adults pass are sold exclusively by the establishment in which the performances take place. They are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale and use of single show tickets of the Paris Opera or the Comédie-Française. They are nominative, sold in limited numbers and cannot be transferred. When purchasing and entering the room, the holder must present his pass. Proof of age may also be requested.
For shows at the Comédie-Française, tickets may be purchased at the box office of the Salle Richelieu and the Théâtre du Vieux-Colombier on presentation of the young adults pass or by phone on +33 144 581 515.
Any complaint must be made within 8 calendar days of the event that is the subject of the complaint and sent to the Paris Opera by email (service.spectateurs@operadeparis.fr), by telephone (+33 173 602 423) or by post (Service spectateurs – Opéra national de Paris – 120 rue de Lyon – 75576 Paris cedex 12). For any delay, the postmark will be proof.
In accordance with Article R 616-1 of the French Code of Consumption, you can use a consumer mediation service free of charge if no solution has been found, either online on the mediationconso-ame.com website, or by post to the address of AME Conso: 197 boulevard Saint-Germain – 75007 Paris.
