Any data collected at the time of any purchase will be processed in accordance with the rules for the protection of personal data as described in the confidentiality policy accessible in the Personal Data section of the operadeparis.fr website.
Gift vouchers can be purchased:
A 14-day cooling-off period applies to the remote purchase of Gift vouchers, in accordance with Article L 221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
The value of a Gift voucher is chosen by the purchaser, starting at €1.
Gift vouchers must be paid for in a single payment:
Any method of payment not provided for in these terms and conditions will be refused by the Paris Opera. Company payments are not accepted.
GIFT VOUCHER FORMAT
Depending on the selected format, Gift vouchers are:
• Printable or downloadable by the customer via their personal online account,
• Issued at the Paris Opera ticket offices when purchased in person,
• Sent by post, if so chosen by the purchaser, when ordered by phone or online in hard copy format. Gift vouchers sent by post will incur a flat charge of €4 per order to cover processing costs. Registered post (metropolitan France only) will incur a flat charge of €8 per order (including processing costs).
Upon receiving the Gift Vouchers, customers are advised to check that they conform to their order.
DELIVERY OF GIFT VOUCHERS
Any Gift voucher that cannot be delivered due to an unreported change of address will not be eligible for a refund of the amounts paid. In case of non-receipt of the Gift voucher(s), the customer must contact the Paris Opera at resa.internet@operadeparis.fr or by phone at +33 8 92 89 90 90 (€0.35 incl. VAT/min from a landline, additional charges may apply depending on the operator), or from abroad at +33 1 71 25 24 23, Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
The Paris Opera cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or delay in the delivery of Gift vouchers.
LOSS OR THEFT
In the event of loss or theft of the Gift voucher, no duplicate will be issued, no refund made and no credit given.
A Gift voucher is not a ticket to a performance and does not entitle the holder to admission to the theatre.
A Gift voucher can be used, during its validity period of two years from the date of purchase, to purchase one or more tickets for performances from the Paris Opera's programme, subject to availability. It can also be used to pay for a subscription, a programme voucher, a Family card, a Season ticket, a membership card, or a visitor's ticket.
The Gift voucher cannot be used on the POP (Paris Opera Play) streaming platform, nor for purchases at the store (online or at the theatres), nor to pay for purchases made at the bar during an intermission in a performance.
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 calendar days following the event that gave rise to the complaint, and must be sent to the Paris Opera by email (service.spectateurs@operadeparis.fr), land mail (Service Spectateurs, Opéra national de Paris, 120 rue de Lyon, 75576 Paris Cedex 12 – France) or Telephone (+ 33 1 73 60 25 25).
