The Palais Garnier and Opera Bastille are equipped with surtitling systems.
At the Opéra Bastille and the Palais Garnier operas are surtitled in French and English.

A programme which for operas includes the libretto is available for each production at €12 when purchased in advance or €14 when purchased on the night. (Programmes for performances at the Amphithéâtre Bastille are free).

At both the Palais Garnier and the Opéra Bastille, bars offering drinks and light refreshments are available in the public areas, 45 minutes before each performance and during intervals. To avoid queuing during the interval you can place your order at the bar as soon as you arrive at the theatre.

The Opéra Restaurant at the Palais Garnier is open during the day and in the evening. It proposes set menus and à-la-carte meals at lunchtime, rapid service during intervals, and a haute cuisine menu prepared by award-winning chef Christophe Aribert after the performance. The Palais Garnier shop is directly accessible from rue Halévy or from the public areas of the theatre, from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm and until 7:30 on performances's days.
