Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, the Paris Opera is unfortunately obliged to cancel all performances of Suites ténébreuses, scheduled at the Amphithéâtre Bastille from April 24 to 27.

Our teams, mobilized and teleworking, will reimburse your tickets directly to your bank account.
We shall make every effort to ensure that your dossier is processed as quickly as possible.

You need take no action upon receipt of this message: you will be receiving an email enabling you to follow your refund.

Special cases

For school groups attending performances for schools:

If you paid for your places by cheque, send an IBAN to jeunepublic@operadeparis.fr
If you paid for your places with an order form, please let us know at jeunepublic@operadeparis.fr so that we can cancel it.
