We regret to inform you that the Palais Garnier will be closed to visitors on Tuesday 16th September 2025 due to a strike by members of Paris Opéra.
We wish to apologize and to propose a refund of your tickets and multimedia tablet service:
purchases paid with a credit card (online, by phone): you do not need to take any further action: the refund will be made within two weeks to the bank account used to pay for the tickets;
in the event that spectators cannot be automatically reimbursed by re-crediting their payment cards, the amount will be transferred to their credit balance available in their personal space on operadeparis.fr.
In order to be reimbursed, spectators must enter their bank details (IBAN and BIC code or bank card number with expiry date) in their personal space or send them by post below:

There will no refunds of tickets at the box office.
Employees who have purchased their ticket(s) from their Social and Economic Committee should contact the CSE representatives directly.
Members of a group (associations, groups of friends, etc.) should contact the group manager directly.
CSE, association and group managers should send their bank details (IBAN and BIC code) to the Service Visites de l'Opéra, 8 rue Scribe, 75009 Paris (information: visitegarnier@operadeparis.fr);
Visitors who have bought their ticket(s) on a platform (Get Your Guide, Tiqets, Headout...) will be reimbursed directly by the distributor.
Visitors who have purchased guided tour tickets from Manatour will be reimbursed directly by the distributor (information on +33 534 394 200, reservation@manatour.fr).
