Message to spectators of the performances of the ballet of Alan Lucien Øyen at the Palais Garnier

Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, the Paris Opera is unfortunately obliged to cancel all performances of Alan Lucien Øyen's ballet, scheduled from April 14 to May 11 2020.

Our teams, mobilized and teleworking, will reimburse your tickets directly to your bank account.

We shall make every effort to ensure that your dossier is processed as quickly as possible.

You need take no action upon receipt of this message: you will be receiving an email enabling you to follow your refund.

AROP ticket-holders should contact AROP directly here
Spectators who have bought their tickets via an Agency (Ticketing agencies, Internet agencies, tour operator…) are reimbursed directly by the Agency.
Members of work’s committees, associations, groups, should contact their representative directly, who must contact the "Service Groupes" (groupes@operadeparis.fr). No refund will be completed without ticket(s).
Spectators invited by a Paris Opera partner should contact the partner directly.
