Message to spectators of the performances of Così fan tutte at the Palais Garnier

Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, the Paris Opera is obliged to cancel all performances until the end of the season on July 14 2020. This includes those of Così fan tutte for which you had booked tickets. We deeply regret this situation and hope to see you again in our theatres as soon as possible.

Our teams are fully mobilised processing the reimbursement of your tickets. This reimbursement will be made in the coming weeks. This message requires no further action on your part. You will later receive an email indicating the status of your reimbursement.

Special cases

AROP ticket-holders should contact AROP directly on billetterie@arop.operadeparis.fr
Spectators who have bought their tickets via an Agency (Ticketing agencies, Internet agencies, tour operator…) are reimbursed directly by the Agency.
Members of work’s committees, associations, groups, should contact their representative directly, who must contact the "Service Groupes" : groupes@operadeparis.fr. No refund will be completed without ticket(s).
Spectators invited by a Paris Opera partner should contact the partner directly.
