Message to spectators of the concerts at the Amphithéâtre Bastille

Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, the Paris Opera is unfortunately obliged to cancel the concerts scheduled at the Amphithéâtre Bastille :

- the concert Heureux qui comme … on June 6 at 8:00pm ;
- the concert du chœur des enseignants on June 6 at 9:00pm ;
- the chamber music concert Sur les bords de la Meuse on June 30 at 8:00pm .

Our teams, mobilized and teleworking, will reimburse your tickets directly to your bank account.

We shall make every effort to ensure that your dossier is processed as quickly as possible.

You need take no action upon receipt of this message: you will be receiving an email enabling you to follow your refund.

Special cases

AROP ticket-holders should contact AROP directly on billetterie@arop.operadeparis.fr
Spectators who have bought their tickets via an Agency (Ticketing agencies, Internet agencies, tour operator…) are reimbursed directly by the Agency.
Members of work’s committees, associations, groups, should contact their representative directly, who must contact the "Service Groupes" : groupes@operadeparis.fr. No refund will be completed without ticket(s).
Spectators invited by a Paris Opera partner should contact the partner directly.
