Message to spectators of the concert conducted by Daniel Barenboim at the Philharmonie de Paris

Dear subscriber,

Due to the health situation, conductor Daniel Barenboim and pianist Martha Argerich have had to withdraw from the concert scheduled on 3 May 2021 at the Philharmonie de Paris, for which you had booked tickets. Therefore, this performance is cancelled.

We are truly sorry for this change and will proceed to a refund of your tickets in the following weeks.

If you have paid your initial tickets exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be refunded over the course of this week and you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund. In all other cases (cheque, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to regierp@operadeparis.fr (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number)*.
