Message to spectators of Platée on Friday 24th June at the Palais Garnier

Due to a technical incident affecting scenery changes, the performance of Platée scheduled on Friday 24th June at 7:30 pm will be performed in a concert version (soloist singers and chorus in stage costumes, no set).

We wish to apologize to spectators of this performance.

In compensation for any inconvenience caused to those who attend this performance, the Paris Opera proposes a purchase voucher amounting to approximately 50% of the price indicated on the ticket, valid for two years, to use for tickets of the performance of your choice.

For those not wishing to attend the performance, the Paris Opera proposes a refund:

purchases paid with a credit card (online, by phone or by mail, excluding purchases made at the box office or with several payment methods and tickets that have been exchanged) will automatically be refunded from Thursday 30th June 2022 and within 2 weeks on the bank account used for the payment;
in the event that spectators cannot be automatically reimbursed by re-crediting their payment cards, the amount will be transferred to their credit balance available in their personal space on operadeparis.fr. In order to be reimbursed, spectators must enter their bank details in their personal space or send them by email to REGIERP@operadeparis.fr (IBAN and BIC code or bank card number with expiry date) or by post below:

There will be no refunds of tickets at the box office on the night of the performance.

Specific exceptions

AROP ticket-holders should contact AROP directly on +33 1 58 18 35 35.
Spectators who have bought their tickets via an Agency (Ticketing agencies, Internet agencies, tour operator…) are reimbursed directly by the Agency.
Members of work’s committees, associations, groups, should contact their representative directly, who must contact the "Service Groupes" (on +33 1 40 01 80 54, Monday through Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm or groupes@operadeparis.fr). Exchange requests must also be made to the "Service Groupes" and by the group representative only.
Spectators invited by a Paris Opera partner should contact the partner directly.
