Message to spectators of Notre-Dame de Paris at the Opéra Bastille

Dear subscriber,

Due to the implementation of social distancing measures as a result of the health crisis, we are obliged to revise seating arrangements for future performances, including the ballet Notre-Dame de Paris scheduled from 26 March to 7 May 2021, for which you had booked tickets.

In order to facilitate the application of the health regulations, we have opted to refund your initial tickets and then give you priority booking for the same performances of this ballet. In the near future we shall be informing you of the date as of which you will enjoy priority ticket purchase for Notre-Dame de Paris, respecting seating arrangement that comply with the health measures applicable at that moment in time. The sales opening date will, of course, depend on the information at our disposal with regards to the reopening of performances venues.

If you have paid your initial tickets exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be refunded over the course of two weeks and you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund. In all other cases (cheque, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number)*.

Aware of the inconvenience caused by this procedure due to exceptional circumstances, we thank you for your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you back to the Opéra Bastille in the near future.
