Message to spectators of Le Soulier de satin

Dear subscriber,

The opera Le Soulier de satin for which you had booked tickets, initially scheduled from 29 May to 26 June at the Opéra Bastille, will now be performed at the Palais Garnier from 21 May to 13 June for artistic reasons.

In order to facilitate this change of venue, dates and rates, and so as to comply with the public health measures in force, we have opted to refund your original tickets and offer you priority booking at a later date for the same performances of this opera. We will soon be informing you of the date as of which you may re-purchase tickets.

If you have paid your initial tickets exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be refunded over the course of this week and you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund.
In all other cases (cheque, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to regierp@operadeparis.fr (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number)*.
