Message to spectators of Ariodante on 16th September at the Palais Garnier

We regret to inform you that the performance of Ariodante on 16^th September 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Palais Garnier has been cancelled due to a strike by members of Paris Opéra staff.

We wish to apologize and to propose a refund:

purchases paid with a credit card (online, by phone or by mail, excluding purchases made at the box office or with several payment methods and tickets that have been exchanged) will automatically be refunded within a few weeks on the bank account used for the payment.
in the event that spectators cannot be automatically reimbursed by re-crediting their payment cards, the amount will be transferred to their credit balance available in their personal space on operadeparis.fr.
In order to be reimbursed, spectators must enter their bank details (IBAN and BIC code or bank card number with expiry date) in their personal space or send them by post below:

There will be no refunds of tickets at the box office.

SPECIFIC EXCEPTIONS

AROP ticket-holders should contact AROP directly on +33 1 58 18 35 35.
Spectators who have bought their tickets via an agency (ticketing agencies, Internet agencies, tour operator…) are reimbursed directly by the agency.
In the case of a reimbursement request, works committee, association and group leaders should send bank details to the Service Groupes at the Opera, 8 rue Scribe, 75009 Paris (info on +33 1 40 01 80 54 from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm except public holidays or groupes@operadeparis.fr).
Spectators who have bought their tickets via Wonderbox Connect (ex Tick'nBox) should contact Wonderbox Connect customer service by email or by telephone at +33 9 70 25 22 42 (price of a local call) Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6 pm (except public holidays).
Spectators invited by a Paris Opera partner should contact the partner directly.
