Biography

Born in Warsaw in 1986, Tomek Jeziorski is a film director and screenwriter. A graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Łódź Film School, he has presented his films at several international festivals, including Locarno, Vancouver, Madrid and Vienna. He has collaborated with director Robert Wilson, creating video projections for numerous productions.

He has also worked with Laurent Chetouane, Tilman Hecker and singer Herbert Grönemeyer, for whom he created videos for the Dauernd Jetzt tour. A finalist in the Papaya Young Directors competition, he completed an artistic residency at the Watermill Center in New York. In 2023, he won the Grand Prize awarded by the Polish Filmmakers Association in the SCRIPT PRO competition for his screenplay Mały człowiek, as well as third prize in the SCRIPT WARS competition for Forma otwarta. Awarded a City of Warsaw artistic grant in 2025, he also received third prize in the Wyobraź Sobie competition that year for Forma otwarta. In 2026, he won third prize and the PISF Award for his project Proces.
