Silvia Delagneau
Costume
Biography
Set and costume designer Silvia Delagneau trained at the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona and the École Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Since 2017, she has been working closely with Marcos Morau and the dance company La Veronal, developing costumes that interact with the body in motion.
Among her most recent projects is Wunderkammer, presented at the Komische Oper Berlin in 2025 in collaboration with the Staatsballett Berlin.
She has worked in the fields of dance, opera, and contemporary performance. Her work has been recognized with several awards, including the City of Barcelona Theater Award (2019), the Max Award for Best Costume Design (2024) for the opera Alexina B, and the 2025 Max Award for the costumes for Afanador, a creation by Marcos Morau for the Spanish National Ballet.
