Sandra Hamaoui recently made her debut as Sister Constance (Dialogues des Carmélites) in Robert Carsen’s production conducted by Riccardo Minasi at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía in Valencia, as Sophie (Werther) in Christoph Loy’s staging conducted by Marc Leroy-Calatayud, and as Leïla (Les Pêcheurs de perles) in concert version conducted by Lorenzo Passerini at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées.
She has also performed in Trionfi by Orff in a production by Calixto Bieito conducted by Kent Nagano at the Hamburg State Opera, and sang Juliette (Roméo et Juliette) with the Geneva Chamber Orchestra.
During the 2025–2026 season, she will perform Susanna (Le Nozze di Figaro) under the direction of Pierre Dumoussaud at the Zurich Opera, Adina (L’Elixir d’amour) under Ramón Tebar at the Teatro di San Carlo in Naples, Sophie (Werther) at the Salzburg Festival conducted by Alain Altinoglu, and Musetta (La Bohème) in concert version conducted by Marco Armiliato at the Gstaad and Baden-Baden festivals.
Debut at the Paris Opera.
