Biography
Born in Corpus Christi, Texas, Jonathan Fredrickson graduated from the California Institute of the Arts. He has danced with the Limón Dance Company, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, and Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch.
On the international stage, he has performed works by numerous artists, including Pina Bausch, Nacho Duato, Mats Ek, Sharon Eyal, William Forsythe, Alonzo King, Jiří Kylián, José Limón, Ohad Naharin, Alan Lucien Øyen, Dimitris Papaioannou, Bobbi Jene Smith, and Or Schraiber.
He is also a choreographer, teacher, dramaturg, and director, and most recently served as rehearsal director at Ballett Basel.
