Biography
A prizewinner at the National Competition of Young Violists in 2010, she continued her training earning a Masters in viola at the Conservatoire de Paris in the class of David Gaillard and Nicolas Bône. Drawing on her experience with the European Union Youth Orchestra and the Academy of the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra, she often plays with ensembles like the Orchestre de Paris and the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse under the baton of renowned conductors like Joseph Swensen, Tugan Sokhiev, Riccardo Chailly and Michel Plasson. Eager to have a closer rapport with the audience she established the Quatuor Syrma and now performs regularly at festivals, particularly those combining concerts with encounters. As of September 2015, she will be in residence at the Paris Opera’s Academy.
