Audition for supernumerary male dancers
Paris Opera Ballet company
The Paris National Opera is holding a recruitment audition for supernumerary male dancer positions within the Paris Opera Ballet company:
- Audition for the production of Romeo and Juliet by Prokofiev, choreography by Nureyev,
from 10 February to 12 May 2026 - Audition for supernumerary dancer contracts with the Ballet of the Paris National Opera for future productions
Audition course
The audition will take place on Saturday 31 January 2026, at the Palais Garnier at 9:30 am.
Applications must be submitted exclusively via our application form online, at the latest on Monday 26 January 2026.
After the pre-selection stage, candidates who are invited to attend the audition will receive a written confirmation via email.
Audition process:
Round 1: Class (barre and centre) – eliminatory
Round 2: Workshop
