Céleste Fournier
Costume designer
Biography
Céleste Fournier trained in the artistic design and technical production of stage costumes at the Sorbonne-Nouvelle University and the Duperré School in Paris.
She completed her training as a costume designer as costume production coordinator at the Opéra national de Paris (The Marriage of Figaro) and the Opéra de Lyon (Tannhaüser and L'Arche de Noé).
She also works as a costume designer and dresser for dance and theater companies (Les Allumeurs de Lune par la FOL 74, Cie Stylistik, La Pépinière des nouveaux mondes) and local stages (ThéâtredelaCité - Centre Dramatique National Toulouse Occitanie, Les Subsistances).
Céleste Fournier joins the Académie in September 2025 as Artisan d'art in residence in the costume workshops of the Opéra national de Paris.
