Biography

Carlo Bosi is regularly invited to perform on major Italian and international opera stages. Among the roles he has sung are Normanno (Lucia di Lammermoor), the Messenger (Aida), Flavio (Norma), Dr. Cajus (Falstaff), Master Trabuco (La Forza del Destino), Cassio (Otello), Monostatos (The Magic Flute), Pang (Turandot), Parpignol (La Bohème), Goro (Madama Butterfly), Spoletta (Tosca), Edmondo (Manon Lescaut), and Poisson (Adriana Lecouvreur). He has performed Flavio in Brussels; Master Trabuco and Spoletta in Florence; Rodolphe (Guillaume Tell) at the Proms in London; Don Basilio (The Marriage of Figaro) in Milan; Monsieur Triquet (Eugene Onegin) in Turin; Abdallo (Nabucco), Gastone (La Traviata), Altoum (Turandot), Spoletta, and the Messenger in Verona; Dr. Cajus in New York; and Roderigo (Otello) and Goro at the Aix‑en‑Provence Festival.

In the 2025–2026 season, he will perform Altoum in New York and Dr. Cajus in Rome, among other roles.
