German bass-baritone Andreas Wolf performs in major opera houses such as the Teatro Real in Madrid, La Monnaie in Brussels, the Bavarian State Opera in Munich, the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, the Opéra national du Rhin, and the Grand Théâtre de Genève, as well as at the Aix-en-Provence Festival, the Bregenz Festival, and the Wiener Festwochen. His repertoire includes the roles of Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro), Leporello (Don Giovanni), Papageno (The Magic Flute), Guglielmo (Così fan tutte), Jupiter (Platée), Aeneas (Dido and Aeneas), Falke (Die Fledermaus), and Nanni (L’infedeltà delusa).
He maintains a particularly close collaboration with Leonardo García-Alarcón and Cappella Mediterranea, as well as with Ton Koopman and the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra. He has also worked with conductors such as William Christie, René Jacobs, Andrea Marcon, Raphaël Pichon, and Ingo Metzmacher. During the 2025–2026 season, he performs, among other engagements, in King Arthur at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées and the Opéra national de Bordeaux, and appears as Time and Celenus (Atys) at the Royal Opera of Versailles, as well as in the title role of Castor and Pollux at the Grand Théâtre de Genève.
